Are your LEGO minifigures authentic?

Hell yeah!

Here at The Brick Movement, we only sell 100% all original LEGO items.

Do you sell rare or discontinued LEGO minifigures?

Absolutely.

We accept special orders for rare / discontinued minifigures. Just shoot us an email.

Are your LEGO minifigures brand new or used? Do they come with accessories?

98% of our LEGO items are brand new.

Each product listing will specify the condition of the product and if it comes with accessories or not. In addition, all items come as shown exactly in our product photo so you can be sure of what you are buying.

How come the minifigure I ordered did not come with its own box?

Majority of LEGO Minifigures come from LEGO sets mixed together with the bricks.

Only Minifigures from the "Collectible Minifigure Series" have their own packaging.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, we offer same-day delivery for select products and locations. This service is available every Monday to Friday from 2PM to 6PM, excluding holidays.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM local time will qualify for same-day delivery.

Simply select "Same Day Delivery" during checkout, or "Pick Up" if the former option is not available.

  • For "Pick Up," the delivery fee is paid to the rider upon order delivery.
  • For "Same Day Delivery," a flat fee of PHP 200 will be collected at checkout. Any excess payment will be refunded to you afterwards.

Our team will get in touch with you once your items are ready for dispatch.

What are your standard shipping / delivery times?

Orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days.

Delivery times vary depending on your address, but here are some estimates:

  • Metro Manila / GMM: 2-3 days
  • North Luzon: 3-7 days
  • Visayas: 5-10 days
  • Mindanao: 7-15 days

The tracking number of your package will be provided once your order has shipped so that you will be able monitor its latest status.

What should I do if my order is lost / damaged during shipping?

In the rare event that your order is lost during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier and work to either locate your package or provide a replacement/refund as necessary.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for the following items:

  • Damaged item/s
  • Wrong item/s

Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to arrange for a refund/return or exchange.
